Nurul is an experienced and motivated professional currently serving as a Cyber Security Analyst at Matrix Solutions. Previously, he held positions as a Technical Support Analyst and Technical Service Deployment Technician, providing level 1 IT support to help clients resolve issues with both software and hardware.

With a Bachelor of Information Technology from the University of Western Sydney, Nurul possesses a range of qualifications that ensure his familiarity with various technologies and enhance his ability to problem-solve efficiently.

Recently completing a course in Cyber Security, Nurul has increased his awareness of current technology issues and developed a solutions-focused mindset while maintaining customer relationships.

In addition to his IT background, Nurul has a hospitality background with several years of experience as a chef. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his young family and engaging in gardening activities during his spare time.
